Behind the camera
I’m Nic.
A portrait and documentary photographer based in Richmond, Virginia.
I’m drawn to the moments that happen naturally: the expression between poses, the way a family moves together, a pet’s unmistakable personality, the concentration of a tattoo artist at work.
My work spans individual portraits, couples, families, pets, and tattoo documentary photography. Alongside those stories, I photograph landscape, nature, street, and travel scenes for fine-art prints.
Richmond is home base. I’m available to travel for bookings, with additional travel costs agreed in advance.
Let’s talk about your story
